Does the quoted price include shipping costs?
All our quotations are FOB, if you require a CIF quote please contact our sales team.
Can I come to China for factory inspection?
You are more than welcome to come and see our production capacity in China, no matter how large your order is.
Do you support customisation of colours and styles?
Yes, most of our products support customisation and we encourage this, with custom colours you can better avoid competition.
Do you offer retail sales?
We do not offer a retail service so if you need to request a sample please provide proof of business. If you have submitted your order as an individual then a refund will be issued to you within 4 working days.
How can I change the shipping address on a placed order?
If you need to update the shipping address on an order that has been placed, please contact our Customer Care Team for immediate assistance.
What if I can’t find the product I’m looking for?
The product you want does not appear on our website, please contact our customer service team, usually as long as the product is made in China then we will find a supplier who sources that product.
Do you ship samples?
We will be happy to provide you with samples, for which you will have to pay the cost of the sample as well as the shipping costs for the courier.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has been prepared for shipment or is in transit, you may not be able to cancel it. Please contact our Customer Care Team for additional information.
What if you’re out of something I order?
It’s our goal to fulfill 100% of customer orders, but, in the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock or discontinued, we’ll contact you to offer a substitute. If the product has been backordered, we’ll let you know how long it’ll take to come back into stock, and you can choose then to cancel the order or keep it open.

If you are submitting a small sample request, the average delivery time is 7-14 days from the date you place your order, or longer if you have items in your order from multiple shipping points or shipments over 500 pounds. For the most accurate estimated time of arrival, please contact our customer service team.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Debit Card, Western Union and PayPal. We also accept prepaid orders via L/C, T/T. We do accept business and personal checks and electronic checks, but payment by these methods may delay your order by up to fourteen (14) days.

How long will my items stay in my cart?
